Find quick answers for accounts, video lessons, the AI Tutor and quizzes. If something still is not right, contact the First Rate Tutors team.

Account access

Use Log in if you already have an account.
Use Forgot password on the login page to request a secure reset link.
New Google users complete a short onboarding step to choose their display name and target grade.

Watching lessons

Choose Paper 1 or Paper 2 from the Video Hub.
Open any available lesson to enter Lesson Tutor.
Your viewing position saves automatically while you watch.

AI Tutor and quizzes

The AI Tutor answers questions about the lesson you currently have open.
Avoid sharing private or personal information in chat.
Each available quiz contains ten multiple-choice questions and can be retried.
